Iron Age Glass Bead Embroidered Cap is a sand custom embroidered Beechfield original 5-panel cap made from 100% cotton with an adjustable Velcro strap at the back. The product is available in one size, adult.
The item features a digital drawing of an Iron Age glass bead with five colours, white, deep yellow, deep red, silver blue and royal blue with artist’s initials. The shape and colour of the design are inspired by an assemblage of glass beads uncovered in Scotland. Like the agency of the time, I have used my artistic licence to finalise my work, create a new artefact, and use a range of reference materials to do so.
