Reconstructed 3D model of a glass beaker with an intended size of 13.58 x 8.92cm. The glass is wider at the top and slightly narrows towards the bottom. As the shape of the glass changes, there is an inscription band around the object with Arabic calligraphy in gold (gilding) and outlined in what would be red enamel paint. The background colour of the band is blue and there are five smaller bands at the top and bottom. The first three are red, gold with white dots spaced out and red again, all the same size. Then there is a gold band double the size of the previous ones with a smaller red one. The red, gold and white are to some extent raised from the glass and the texture has ink/brush strokes. The base has a thick pad of glass and an inside dome. — Eternal Connections
